How to delete your 99jeomjip account and data (profiles, viewing history, points, settings).

Delete in the app (recommended)

• Schedule deletion in 30 days — nothing is deleted right away; you have 30 days. If you change your mind you can cancel at any time within that period, and everything stays as it was.
• Delete immediately — removed at once with no grace period, and cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app

Send a deletion request to help@99jeomjip.com.

• If you linked an account (social sign-in), we verify you through that email and then process the request.
• If you used the app without signing up (without linking an account), the sign-in credential exists only on your device and cannot be identified from outside. Once you delete the app, that data becomes inaccessible and is cleaned up under the Service’s retention policy.

What is deleted

• Your own profile and family/friend profiles (birth date and time, sex, region, nickname)
• Content viewing history
• Point balance and earning/spending history
• App settings

Notes

• If you have purchase records, they are kept separately for 5 years and then destroyed as required by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
• Reading text is not deleted, because it is content shared per chart rather than information about a specific person (it contains no names or birth dates).
